SNAP provides food assistance via an EBT card, which operates similar to a debit card to purchase food in grocery stores and other food retailers.<\/p>\n<p>If you work in a school or with parents, our partner Hunger Solutions NY has created a <a href=\"https:\/\/hungersolutionsny.org\/snap-outreach-for-schools\/\">SNAP Outreach Toolkit<\/a> that contains resources, sample social media posts, and more to help connect families to SNAP.
