Wednesday, June 3 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EST
Join us for a webinar where leading experts will discuss the findings of three recently
released research studies, examining the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on
household and childhood food insecurity in the U.S., as well as policy solutions to
address child hunger. The reports:
- “The COVID-19 Crisis Has Already Left Too Many Children Hungry in America” —from The Hamilton Project at the Brookings Institution
- “Many Families Are Struggling to Put Food on the Table. We Have to Do
More” —from the Urban Institute - “The COVID Impact Survey” —from the Data Foundation
They offer the latest research findings since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in March
2020, which show that household food insecurity has nearly doubled and food
insecurity among children has more than quadrupled in the U.S.
The webinar will feature experts from The Hamilton Project at the Brookings Institution,
