Montana DPHHS official Summer EBT announcement, November 2023

  • Montana opted in to the federal Summer EBT program beginning Summer 2024
  • Summer EBT benefits will be $40 per eligible child per month for the summer months (June – August)
  • Families whose children are directly certified for free school meals do not need to fill out another application to receive Summer EBT benefits.
